Product Description
CONVEYOR BELT VULCANIZING MACHINE
Used for the heating vulcanization of joint connection and reparation of fabric ply conveyor belt, steel cord conveyor belt, PVC PVG solid woven fire-resistant conveyor belts.
Consists of aluminum beam, heating plate, water bag, electric cabinet and other auxiliary tools.
Technical Parameters:
1. Vulcanization pressure: 1.0 to 2.0 Mpa;
2. Vulcanization temperature: 145 °C ;
3. Difference in surface temperature of vulcanized plate: ± 3 degree;
4. water cooling system (less than 10 mins to cool from 145°C to normal temperature) or natural cooling system (more than 2 hours
to cool down)
5. electric pump or hand pump; if choose electric pump, please advise voltage, such as 380V 50HZ 3 Phases;
6. Output power of Electronic Control Cabinet ≤36 KW (Different model different power);
7. Temperature adjustment range: 0 to 200° ;
8. Timing adjustment range: 0 to 99 min;
9. After the pressurization of 0.8 MPa, the gap between upper and lower heating plate is not more than 0.4 mm
