Product Description

Rubber cement CF-10 is made of natural rubber, accelerator, antioxidant, functional additives and other raw material composition.This product is suitable with the tie gum, cover rubber(cover stock), applied to the conveyor belt hot splicing joint.

 

Application:
Hot splicing joints adhensive used for the bonding of steel cord and ply belt;it's appearance is black and sticky liquid,non-flammable

Instruction:
1.First strip the rubber of steel cord surface,then strip the rubber which is no need.
2.Brush the first layer rubber cement at the steel cord which has been polished.
3.Brush the second layer rubber cement after the first layer rubber cement dried.
4.After the second time rubber cement dried,put tie gum and uncured cover rubber at the connector of conveyor belt, then vulcanizing it.

 

Attention:
Operating temperature above 10ºC,humidity lower than 90% witth good ventilation
